Alpine Ethos is run by us, husband and wife team, Andy & Heather. We are both passionate about food, hospitality and of course skiing and snowboarding.
After many winter holidays spent in the French Alps (and 5 years working our 9-5 jobs in the financial services industry in Leeds) we decided to make our passions our job and took over Alpine Ethos in June 2009.
After an amazing first two winter seasons we are now based in Les Allues year round offering brilliant service and food in the beautiful alpine environment we are proud to call home. We continue to receive fantastic feedback from our guests via our Tripadvisor page and are always striving to make improvements.

We are delighted to welcome Megan to our team this winter. Megan will take on chalet hosting responsibilities ensuring our guests have everything they need upon arrival, helping out in the kitchen and around the chalet and baking the afternoon tea cakes and cookies.
Megan is a keen skier who has worked in the hospitality industry for nearly 5 years
