"Where do I begin? The food was 'Cordon Bleu par excellence'. The service was always friendly, discreet, efficient and thoughtful. Every little aspect was covered with skill and inventiveness. Thank you both so very much for making this such a happy and comfortable week. And to top it all off we had mountains of snow in April. Hope to see you again next year."
