As a chalet chef/host you will work alone in one of our smaller chalets or alongside another chalet host running one of our larger chalets. You will be a keen cook or chef with a passion for creating a memorable dining experience.

REQUIREMENTS

You will be required to -

​

• provide meals on 5 days - continental and cooked breakfast, afternoon tea, 4 course dinner

• create the menus within an allocated budget

• accommodate guests dietary requirements including kids menus

• weekly shopping 

• maintain a scrupulously clean and organised kitchen

• observe all hygiene and health and safety standards

• daily cleaning of bedrooms/bathrooms/communal area

• weekly chalet changeovers

• creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests

You will be -

​

• a keen experienced cook or professionally trained chef

• currently, or in the recent past, working in a hospitality environment

• able to show proven, previous experience in chalets, restaurants, yachts, event catering etc

• passionate about food, presentation and service

• outgoing, self confident, conscientious and highly organised

• be mature and responsible
