Food & Drink the Alpine Ethos Way

A skiing holiday is something really special and the catering should be too. The food we use, prepare and present is key to our success. Your meals are freshly prepared by your personal chef using locally sourced ingredients. Alpine Ethos chefs must be passionate about food and have proven experience in catering and hospitality. Next season we have chefs who have previous ski chalet expertise, managed busy pub and hotel kitchens and chefs who have worked in fine dining restaurants of tv celebrity chefs. From kitchen to table we aim for the highest of standards – expect something special!

Exceptional meals must be matched with great wines so we work with a local vintner to select a range of fine red, white, rose and sparkling wines to accompany your meals and there’s also a selection of beers, soft drinks and juices – all included, all unlimited.

Just to whet your appetite – here are a few comments from last season’s guests …..
