Meribel is (in our opinion!) the best resort to work a ski season. Being located right in the centre of the 3 Valleys ski area you will have the largest linked ski area in the World on your door step. We offer all our staff a full area lift pass so you can really make the most of this amazing ski area. Meribel town and its surrounding villages have an amazing array of bars and restaurants, with plenty of live bands to enjoy, there really is something for everyone.
what do we look for
Ski season work appeals to many different people from all walks of life, and this is one of the things we love about putting our team together. Applications are welcome from individuals, pairs of friends, couples, those on career breaks, or those who work seasons back to back as their chosen career.
What we insist on:
Hard workers - a ski season is great fun and very rewarding but it can also be very hard work.
Friendly and enthusiastic- our team are the face of Alpine Ethos and above all we want people who will be a memorable part of our guests experience...big smiles and a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude.
Experienced and passionate- previous experience of customer service, preferably in the tourist or hospitality industry. If applying for a cooking role, relevant experience and/or training. A passion for providing excellent service.
High standards - we are all about amazing service and attention to the small details so we need our staff to be too.
Mountain lovers - it goes without saying that we need our team to share a love of the mountains.
You will have a UK National Insurance Number and a UK bank account.

Our Staff Accommodation
We provide excellent staff accommodation for our team in our 2 staff houses. You will share a room with 1 or 2 others, with a shared living room and kitchen. The 2 staff houses are in great locations with easy access to the ski lifts, ski bus stop and bars,restaurants and shops.They are very sunny and bright, and have great mountain views.

Alpine Ethos are recruiting for winter 2020/21. We are looking for a team of outstanding people....could you be one of them? Each winter we have a small team of 14 wonderful people, who should be mature, friendly, experienced, welcoming, professional and enthusiastic.
