At Hameau des Neiges, we offer luxurious accommodation in our 3 side-by-side chalets (Mariefleur, Brioche & Marielaine). Hameua Des Neiges is perfect for large groups of friends, corporate groups, or several families. Take all 3 chalets for up to 27 guests, or a combination of 2 chalets for groups of up to 14 - 20 guests.
Nestled in a private cul-de-sac just minutes form the centre of Meribel the chalets are a perfect blend of alpine style and traditional luxury. The traditional savoyarde design, luxurious decor and amenities create a cozy atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. THE CHALETS
CHALET MARIEFLEUR
Chalet Mariefleur is set over 4 floors with 5 luxury ensuite bedrooms sleeping up to 11 guests.
Particular attention has been given to providing superb leisure and relaxation facilities - a magnificent sound proofed cinema room with luxurious tiered leather seating, an adjoining games room with pool table, and for relaxing after skiing a sauna, steam room and outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace.
The main communal area has a stunning open fireplace, ample seating and a large dining table. Doors open on to the terrace with mountain views. There are stairs to a second living room with leather seating and large TV.
CHALET BRIOCHE
The chalet has 4 luxurious bedrooms sleeping up to 9 guests, 3 twin bedrooms and one double bedroom which has an extra single bed on a mezzanine. All bedrooms feature modern ensuite bathrooms and are elegantly furnished in keeping with the rest of the chalet.
The communal areas are located on the first floor featuring a wood panelled living and dining room with open fireplace, large windows and double doors leading out on to the balcony.
The chalet has a sunken outdoor jacuzzi and beautiful wooden sauna pod - a great place to relax and unwind after a day on the slopes.
CHALET MARIELAINE
Chalet Marielaine has 3 luxurious bedrooms sleeping up to 8 guests, 1 double room and 2 twin rooms (one twin bedroom has an extra double bed on a mezzanine level). All bedrooms feature modern ensuite bathrooms and are elegantly furnished in keeping with the rest of the chalet.
The communal areas are located on the first floor featuring a wood panelled living and dining room with open fireplace, large windows and double doors leading out on to the balcony.
The chalet has a sunken outdoor jacuzzi and beautiful wooden sauna pod - a great place to relax and unwind after a day on the slopes.

HAMEAU DES NEIGES TEAM
Yasmin
Yasmin is joining Alpine Ethos this winter as Head Chalet Host. She will be primarily based in Chalet Mariefleur, working alongside Rosie and Jo.
On occasions where a large group take all 3 Hameau Des Neiges chalets, Yasmin will lead the team across the 3 chalets.
Yasmin left her previous career as a midwife to pursue a mountain lifestyle and share her passion for hospitality and the mountains with guests.
Yasmin worked as a chalet manager last winter in a large chalet in Tignes, and gained valuable experience of what it takes to give guests an exceptional holiday.
She is really looking forward to looking after all of our guests in Chalet Mariefleur this winter.
Jo
Jo will be working alongside partner Rosie in Chalet Mariefleur this winter. This will be Jo's second winter season with Alpine Ethos, and she can't wait to spend time in the mountains combining her passion for cooking with a love of snow sports.
Jo has many years experience as a chef, having run a pub restaurant with twin sister Lou for several years, and also working as a Chef de Partie in fine dining restaurant Birch, where the focus is on home-grown seasonal produce and open flame cookery.
Jo has been working as a chef on Alderney this summer with partner Rosie.
We look forward to seeing the lovely food our guests will be enjoying this winter!
Rosie
Rosie and Jo will be joining us tfor their second season looking after guests in Chalet Mariefleur.
Rosie has worked as a chef for many years in Leeds and London, as well as a season in La Plagne as a Chalet Chef.
Rosie has worked in some amazing restaurants with incredible chefs such as Gordon Ramsay's The Savoy, Marcus Wareing's The Gilbert Scott and Monica Galetti's Mere.
Rosie is a passionate and motivated chef with a keen interest in seasonal and sustainable produce.
Rosie has been working as a chef on Alderney this summer with partner Jo.
We cannot wait to see the wonderful food she and Jo will be serving our guests this winter!
Lou
Lou will be working in Chalet Marielaine this winter with partner Sean .This will be Lou's second winter season with Alpine Ethos, and she is really looking forward to another winter of cooking and mountain sports.
Lou joins us with extensive experience as a chef. She worked for several years running a pub restaurant with twin sister Jo. Lou as well as working as a Chef de Partie in fine dining restaurant Birch, where the focus is on home-grown seasonal produce and open flame cookery. She has spent this summer working as a chef on Tresco Island.
Our guests will love the food Lou and Sean will be serving again in Chalet Marielaine this winter!
Sean
Sean joins us this again winter to run Chalet Marielaine alongside his partner Lou.
Sean has a Masters degree in Psychology and a background working in mental health support work and as a recovery worker.
He has taken a break from his previous career to spend another winter in the mountains combining his love of cooking and skiing/snowboarding.
This summer Sean has been working as a wiater on Tresco Island.
Sean is also a talented magician and has spent 15 years entertaining guests at weddings and private parties.
We are really excited to see Sean's tricks in the chalet, as well as tasting the delicious food he will produce with partner Lou.
Jamie
Jamie is joining us this winter with partner Stephanie to look after our guests in Chalet Brioche.
As a professionally trained chef, Jamie has worked for many years in both fine dining restaurants and in chalets.
Jamie has worked previous seasons as a chalet chef in Meribel, La Tania, Verbier and St Anton.
Jamie loves to work in chalets as it allows him to use his creativity and design menus to suit our guests preferences.
Jamie has been working as a chef on Tresco Island this summer with partner Stephanie.
We cannot wait to see the wonderful food he will be serving our guests this winter!

Stephanie
Stephanie is joining us this winter with partner Jamie to look after our guests in Chalet Brioche.
Stephanie previously worked as a dental nurse, before deciding to take a break to work in the mountains.
Stephanie, alongside partner Jamie has worked previous seasons in Verbier and St Anton.
Stephanie loves sharing her love of skiing with guests, and enjoys discussing the days skiing whilst serving pre-dinner drinks.
Stephanie has been working as a waitress on Tresco Island this summer with partner Jamie.
We cannot wait to see the wonderful food she and Jamie will be serving our guests this winter!
OUR MINIBUS SERVICE
Our shared minibus service is on hand to make your holiday run smoothly. Our minibus service is primarily for skiers and snowboarders getting to and from the slopes and apres ski bars at the beginning and end of their day on the mountain. Where possible we will try to accommodate other driver requests e.g. to the shops etc.
Morning Minibus Service
In the mornings 2 drivers and 2 minibuses will be on hand in our toasty warm vehicles from 08.30 until 10.30 to take you to the slopes and help you load and unload your skis.
Off Peak Minibus Service
One of our drivers remains on duty and on-call from 10.30 to 16.00. During the off -peak times you will need to give 30 minutes notice and then our on-call driver can pick you up.
Afternoon Minibus Service
Between 16.00 and 19.30 we will have 2 drivers and 2 minibuses available to pick you up from the slopes or the apres ski bars in Meribel and take you back to the chalet.
You can be picked up from, anywhere you wish within Meribel centre, including the popular apres ski bars.
